Transforming Challenges into Opportunities for Growth
I am passionate about supporting clients who have experienced trauma and are ready to begin their healing journey. I am committed to walking alongside each individual with empathy and respect, offering client-centered, solution-focused strategies tailored to their unique needs. My approach is grounded in a strong belief in the power of personal growth and transformation. I strive to empower clients to make meaningful, lasting changes that enhance their overall behavioral health and well-being. I bring 12 years of experience helping navigate a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD/ADD, self-harm and suicidal ideation.
As the spouse of a law enforcement officer, former EMT-B, and the daughter of a veteran, I have a personal and professional commitment to supporting the veteran and first responder community. I understand the unique stressors and sacrifices that come with serving in high-stakes roles, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for those who serve others.
I am trained in crisis intervention and serve as a member of the Lewis and Clark CISM Team. My goal is to support the mental health and resilience of first responders, veterans, and their families—helping them process critical incidents, manage stress, and maintain emotional well-being in the face of demanding and often traumatic experiences.
